I have been successfully listing and selling Real Estate throughout Hampshire and Franklin counties since 1989. I specialise in residential, land and investment properties. I have some experience selling commercial real estate. I manage my own residentail and commercial investment properties. I have experience with new construction. and with tax deferred property exchanges (also known as 1031 or Starker exchanges).

I have been recognized as a Top Producer since I started selling real estate, including a Newcomer Award for sales volume in my first year. I have since received yearly Recognition Awards as a Top Producer from The Jones Group and from the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley.

 

I am honest and well-informed and I have a loyal clientele. I have always loved working with people. I hold a BA in Education and Art History as well as a Master's degree in Education and Management. My work experience includes teaching elementary and secondary school in French Quebec, and twelve years in mid-level administration for a local social service agency, the Cutchins Programs that provides services to special needs children and adolescents in a residential setting. I now serve on their Board of Directors and on their Fund Development Committee. I am very committed to the emotional and physical welfare of children.

 

I have two grown children, Pierre who lives in Montreal with his wife Nancy and their young son born in November 2006 (my first and only grandchild!) and a daughter, Caroline, who lives in San Francisco. I live in Amherst with my husband, Jim Fleming and our two cats Marco and Polo. I love skiing, kayaking, the theatre, movies and reading. I am an avid gardener, I adore cooking.  I have recently developed an absolute passion for golf thanks to Jim but alas, the time to play is rare! Who said getting older wasn't any fun?
